Insurance and Payment Options

In Connecticut and Florida, I participate with many major insurance plans, including HUSKY Health in Connecticut. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your mental health benefits and coverage. I also verify insurance eligibility through my billing platform to help support a smooth process.

If I am out of network with your insurance plan, I offer a self-pay rate of $175 for the intake session and $160 for subsequent sessions. We can review the self-pay process in more detail during your consultation, and invoices can be provided upon request for possible reimbursement.

If needed and eligible, I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on income. Sliding scale rates are reviewed every three months, and we can discuss availability and options during your consultation.
