I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University in 2021.  I take a practical, structured, and solution-focused approach to help clients build coping skills, improve communication, and feel more confident navigating daily life. I help clients identify patterns, make meaningful, and prepare for change.
