About Angela
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Naugatuck, CT, offering telehealth services to children, teens, young adults, and adults across Connecticut. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my own growth, life experiences, and a deep belief in the healing power of connection.
Life is full of transitions, emotions, and unexpected turns, especially during childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood. I believe that having someone in your corner during those times can make all the difference. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
My style is relational, compassionate, and practical. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always adapting to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, or major life changes, I’m here to meet you where you are with curiosity, kindness, and respect.
Outside of therapy, I find peace in nature, enjoy time with my family, and value moments of quiet reflection. Over the years, I’ve worked in outpatient, in-home, school-based, and private practice settings, supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges. It’s truly an honor to be part of someone’s journey toward healing and self-discovery.
No matter what brings you to therapy, I’m here to support you with compassion and clarity.
