Welcome
I work with teens, young adults, and adults in Connecticut and Florida to help them navigate anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem struggles, academic stress, family conflict, peer conflict, and life transitions. You might feel like your mind never turns off, constantly replaying conversations, overthinking decisions, or worrying about what could go wrong next. Maybe you look “fine” on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, tense, or emotionally drained. With a warm and caring approach, we will explore what is driving these experiences and develop practical strategies to help you feel more supported. If you are new to therapy, I will guide you through each step. If you are returning, we will build on your strengths and create new goals together. I'm here to offer space where healing and growth can happen.
